Chris Lind at Pete’s Candy Store

Singer / songwriter Chris Lind has become a driving force in the New York City music scene. He’s had strong influences from the likes of Jeff Buckley and Nick Drake, yet developed a unique and personal sound, defined by soaring vocals, and hauntingly beautiful melodies. Beyond a solid background in rock, Chris has spent years studying Hawaiian Slack Key guitar at it’s source. Over the years he’s had his music on TV’s Smallville, opened for Michael McDonald and now regularly performs at many of NYC’s most respected listening rooms. Chris lends his vocal talents for sampling on Sam Jaspersohn’s debut release, When You’re Gone.

Experience Mr. Lind live at Pete’s Candy Store in Williamsburg on Friday, June 29th.
